NOVEMBER IS PANCREATIC CANCER AWARENESS MONTH Through the month of November, I will donate 5¢ for every new follower I get to my Twitter profile - www.twitter.com/JoshMcDermitt My brother-in-law, Craig, died several years ago from pancreatic cancer. While he and my sister were battling this vicious disease, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network stepped up and helped them in so many ways with no cost patient support. The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is a non-profit that funds research, provides patient support, conducts community outreach and advocates for increased federal research funding for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is who I am donating to. Pan Can is the 4th leading cause of cancer death in the world. We recently lost Steve Jobs to it and also Patrick Swayze. As I’m starting this campaign, I am hearing from many people who have family members and friends who are battling it as well - showing me the far reach of this disease.
